  • Domestic orders (within Qatar) typically take 01 business days for delivery.
  • International orders usually take 03 business days for delivery, depending on the destination.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as customs delays or local shipping conditions.

4. Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 01 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

5. International Shipping:

  • For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and other fees may apply depending on the destination country. These additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping costs.
  • Maaly is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processes.

Returns & Exchanges

1. Return Policy:

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 03 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.
